I know a lot of people want to lose fat super fast. Yes! That is a dream! I can put myself there but I must tell you that there are no real short cuts to losing weight. Hey, but don’t lose hope. Today, I want to write a post about some ways that you CAN lose fat easily.
I am not going to tell you to eat less as losing weight is NOT about eating less. But taking the right kind of food in the right time and at the same time enjoy eating what you like – now that is the real diet, right? Wow that was a mouthful!
IF you want to lose weight fast, then you have to opt for drastic methods. I will mention a couple:
Liposuction – this procedure involves inserting a tube into the fatty area and then the fat is sucked out, thus reducing you to complete slim shape.
Stomach ballooning – this is a funny kind of procedure where a balloon is inserted into the stomach inflated continuously with water. The balloon stays in the stomach for about six months and then removed so that you can slim down easily and fast.
Those two procedures is not something I want to do for obvious reasons. I would rather lose fat by diet and regular exercises. Noni fruit juice is something that I particularly like; it is a complete natural juice and helps to reduce weight, diminish stress, decrease obesity, enhance beauty and provide you with an overall feeling of well being. Now does that beat those operations or what?
Okay here are some natural tips
I know you have heard it many times but what really works is often repeated several times. I cannot stress enough when I say that walking is THE most important things you can do for your body. Walk early in the morning or in the evenings.
Following are the other natural fast weight loss tips:
- Eat more of vegetables, salads, fruits and soups than fatty solid foods.
- Eat less of fried or oily/greasy foods.
- Eat slowly and practice some regular exercises in both morning and evening.
- Reduce calories-in and calories-out by taking dietary foods.
- Try to have less of chocolates, cookies, chips, and ice creams. I am not saying avoid these but eat only in moderation.
- Eat three sensible meals with more of salads and fruits.
- Regularly visit some gyms, or lift some weights or do any light exercises as this will help to burn down fast calories.
- Avoid fast foods at all costs or any outside foods specially those found in restaurants, hotels and roadside snacks.
- Try to have whole grains instead of refined grains. These are more nutritious.
- Instead of sugary drinks, use a latte with nonfat or low fat milks.
- Get plenty of sleep as this will help to decrease hormone levels of cortisol and insulin, which allow more of fat storage.
- Reduce foods like butter, jam, sour cream, syrup, salt, sugar, salad dressings, potatoes and soft drinks from your diet. I said reduce not stop.
